Snow Day/Masters--What's the drink?

So school got called off early today because of snow, which is awesome--but this leaves me with quite a decision. What's the drink for a day like this? Right now it's vodka and orange Powerade because that's all I got. But what would THE drink be for this day. Snow Day usually = Guiness or some other stout-type. Masters usually = Michelob Light or Heinken. But a Snow Day and the Masters, WTF?

Vodka and orange powerade...I think this is a good start. Give it a few hours. If you make it to 750ml, I think your next decision will be obvious to you. It may turn out to be a pleasant surprise; a rogue drunk-decision drink makes for good theater.
I think a good name for the Vodka orange electrolyte, whilst viewing the only golf tournament legitimately worth watching might be:
A) "A Fuzzy Zeller"
B) "Sex with a caddie"
C) "Drunken Tiger Hidden Electrolyte.
Just some thoughts.
If it weren't 80 degrees here, I would help you.

Johnny Walker Red Label, on the rocks.

A great tasting whiskey will warm you up on the cold day. And it's just a classic drink to sip on as you watch golfers walk over the Ben Hogan Bridge at Augusta National.

What would Arnie, Golden Bear, or Trevino be drinking if they were in your shoes.

Johnny on the rocks.

How about instead of a black & Tan, you drink a black heiny. That name alone should make you want to try it.

Thank you, hold your applause please.

I've gotta agree with B. I was thinking that Johnnie Walker Blue label was actually the higher quality (which I couldn't figure out form the web-site) and on the home page it states that Johnnie Walker sponsors Jim Furyk. Investigating further there is even a Johnnie Walker Classic golf tourney. All of which was unknown to me and valid reasons to enjoy some JW on the rocks while watching the Masters.

ANOTHER SNOW DAY. teaching kicks ass (except for the part where you hang out with 8th graders all day).

This could be a good product review day. Head on down to the City Discount Liquor and make your own six pack.
(Its still snowing in Nebraska?)

that's funny, jim furyk strikes me as the sort of technical golfer who doesn't drink anything stronger than chamomile. i think a nice tumbler of woodford reserve and a splash of water would take the edge off the cold for y'all, and on the first saturday in may it'll mash up real nice with some mint leaves and simple syrup...

i think i should add that this is a difficult writing task as it's been in the 70s down here for a while with sporadic t-storms of late. they did cancel schools here and some businesses closed at noon (not mine) due to the forecasted wind, hail, and tornadic activity, which did not come.
